Key Responsibilities:
For Back of House (Cook):
- Lead and train kitchen staff on instore procedures and food standards
- Display strong communication and team leadership at all levels
- Stay calm and collected during peak periods
- Manage stock levels, ordering, rotation, and weekly stocktakes
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and OH&S regulations
- Follow proven recipes and guidelines with precision
- Maintain sustainable food costs through smart ordering
- Champion a clean, professional, and open kitchen presentation
- Be a hands-on leader, leading by example
- Contribute to our monthly menu specials and product innovation
- Build relationships with local suppliers
- Work with top tech like Bumpit and Lightspeed for efficient service
