We’re getting ready to open our brand-new bakery in Wareemba, and we’re on the lookout for a capable, energetic All-Rounder to join our opening team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves jumping in wherever needed, from taking orders to making drinks and supporting the team – we want to hear from you.
What’s the role?
As an all-rounder, you’ll be the glue that holds service together. You’ll help with front-of-house duties, support the baristas, run food and drinks, keep the space moving smoothly and ensure service is fast and smooth. You don’t need to be a specialist – just someone who’s keen to learn, quick on their feet, and genuinely loves hospitality.
You’ll be great for this role if you:
- Have experience in café, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
- Can take orders, run food and drinks, and help keep service flowing
- Are adaptable, positive, and always ready to help out
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Are happy to support in different areas – wherever you’re most needed
- Have great energy, communication skills, and a love for great food and coffee
- Take pride in keeping things clean, organised, and welcoming

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
