About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Credit Services WA team as a Banking & Admin Cashiering Officer on a 13-month contract . This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer payments across our PowerPass and 30-Day account platforms, supporting our retail and commercial customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Please note, the role may include early starts from 5am, depending on business needs.
What’s involved:
- Daily allocation of payments for all PowerPass and 30-Day accounts across Australia and New Zealand
- Managing high volumes of customer and store queries via phone and email
- Supporting online access queries and PowerPass card administration with a 24-hour turnaround
- Maintaining multiple inboxes, and managing cash application tasks
- Resolving complex payment issues and providing accurate receipting
- Liaising with internal teams such as Loss Prevention, IT, Accounting, Credit, and Store Operations
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and attention to detail
Who we’re looking for:
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a customer-first mindset to everything you do.
You’ll need:
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Knowledge of Oracle/COS systems and intermediate Excel skills (preferred)
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering great service
