About the opportunity
The Campaign Lead, will lead and execute assigned Retail Product & Services Campaigns and activities. In this role, you will help drive best practice Retail Marketing across the organisation, support Retail Product and Service teams with key marketing and communications activities across various channels and grow customer value. Additionally, you will improve the efficiency of marketing activities and support Post Offices to communicate and engage with local communities through effective collateral and communications.
What you’ll deliver with us
In this role you will report into the Marketing Manager and be apart of the Retail Marketing Team. You will be experienced in managing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally across multiple projects, both internally and externally. The successful applicant will also have experience working in financial services in a marketing role.
You’ll also
- Manage marketing and creative agencies in line with campaign and project requirements
- Measure all campaign activity and capture actionable insights to ensure campaign optimisation & learnings are applied
- Deliver the Retail Product & Services marketing programs ensuring alignment to brand and best practice using strategic insights
- Manage Retail Product & Services Marketing campaign budget and ROI, where applicable
- Assist with enterprise-wide marketing projects in line with broader organisational objectives
- Execute Retail Product & Services marketing programs on behalf of the Enterprise Brand & Retail Marketing Strategy plan
About you
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of key marketing principles as well as media, advertising and sponsorship markets across B2B and B2C channels. Your knowledge of key market drivers and developments within competitive markets is critical to this role. In order to excel in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and can effectively build relationships, influence and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll also need
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
- 3 years+ experience, ideally in Retail Marketing
- Campaign management and project delivery experience
- Extensive knowledge of Australia Post’s current product and service offers and associated value propositions
- Understanding and adherence of Australia Post brand guidelines and compliance clearance processes
- A solid understanding of the Australia Post channels to ensure the customer experience is enhanced for our customers
- Knowledge of business processes, policies and systems
- Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
