Position Summary:
- Working days Monday to Friday
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, décor)
- Provide a friendly genuine service throughout the complete food and beverage experience, creating a place with the traveller in mind
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Understand traveller’s requirements and create classic and timeless experiences with each traveller’s experience
- Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Greet guests and respond to their needs in a courteous and efficient manner
- Support event breakdown and reset for upcoming functions
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
About You:
- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
