The Hoochery Distillery is Western Australia's oldest operating legal still, located inKununurra, WA. It is a fast growing and dynamic business. We are seeking an energeticand positive person to join our team.
The role: You will be employed as a Front of House Host; you will be responsible for providingour guests a memorable experience and a brand ambassador. To succeed as a Front of House host you will be committed, innovative, initiative-taking, and observant, be enthusiastic about offering an outstanding level of customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promoting products, discussing the various Hoochery Distillery products
- Explaining to customers in details about our rum, gin and liqueurs, various ways theycan be enjoyed and their different characteristics.
- Preparing, serving and selling cocktails, mixed drinks, bottled, canned and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes,cappuccinos and other espresso-based beverages
- Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas, coffee-making areas and espresso machines
- Collecting payment for sales and operating cash registers
- Reconciling registers at the days end
- Washing glassware and arranging bottles and glasses
- Tapping kegs and attaching supply lines, cleaning and maintaining as required
- Replenishing drink dispensers, shelves and refrigerators
- Selling light snacks and taking lunch orders
- Greeting visiting tour groups – offering drinks and tastings to these groups
Qualifications Required:
- Must have current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desirable but not essential – Approved managers card
- Must hold current drivers license

Monday – Saturday
8am - 4:30pm
