About the roles:
We are seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team and work in the Bar, on a part-time basis. Our Food & Beverage Attendants are able to work in multiple areas including in the cafe, the bar (with one of the best views in Sydney) or other areas of the property. These positions are responsible for ensuring the venue runs smoothly by assisting wherever required. All of our Food and Beverage staff interact with people regularly, so a friendly positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are paramount.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience within a fast-paced cafe, restaurant, bar or either hotel or retail food and beverage outlet
- High volume experience being able to work on multiple orders at once
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
- Someone who takes pride in creating and serving creative and tasty cocktails and drinks with flare
- Flexible availability roster including weekends and public holidays
