The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Barber who can deliver high-quality cuts, fades, beard grooming, and razor services while creating an exceptional client experience. Personality is just as important as skill! We want someone positive, charismatic, and client-focused who can build and retain a strong clientele.
What We Offer

What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ floor experience
- Strong skills in clipper & scissor work, beard grooming & razor shaves
- Great communication, presentation & professionalism
- Ability to connect with clients and deliver a premium experience
- Right to work in Australia
Hours
- Monday–Saturday roster (30–38 hours)
Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Contract
