We’re brewing something special in North Brisbane — a premium coffee shop, simple tasty food, and genuine people with good vibes.
As we grow, we’re looking for passionate Baristas to join our close-knit team. Whether you're a hospitality pro or an enthusiastic barista ready to step up, there's a place for you here.
About Us
We’re an independent café with a focus on quality coffee, warm, friendly service, and real community connections. We've been operating in the area for 18 months and are now taking our offering to the next level.
We’ve got a seriously fun setup:
- La Marzocco 3G ABR, Wally, and Markibar grinders
- Batch brew, signature drinks, and a bespoke non-coffee range in development
- A tight and tasty menu, friendly vibes, and delivery partners (UberEats, DoorDash, Menulog)
- A new digital loyalty program to reward our growing coffee-loving community
- Our opening hours are 5am – 1pm, 7 days, and we’re actively reshaping the brand with big plans ahead.
Barista Role
Casual, 15–30 hours/week, more available for the right person, to be able to work weekends
As a barista, you’re more than just a coffee maker — you're the face of the shop, leading with warmth, great coffee, and a positive vibe.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience with coffee making (dialing in, milk texturing, basic latte art)
✅ A vibrant, people-loving personality
✅ Solid customer service and multitasking skills
✅ Passion for coffee culture and local community
