Barista – Grow Café
We’re looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team at Grow Café.
About the Role:
You’ll be serving up great coffee, taking orders, and helping create a welcoming café atmosphere. If you love coffee, enjoy chatting with customers, and can keep cool under pressure, this role is for you.
Details:
- Days: Monday + 1 other weekday (flexible)
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay: $23.95 per hour + super

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista experience (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy café environment
- Reliable and positive attitude
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Australian or NewZealand Citizen (required)
Job Type: Casual
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingswood NSW 2747: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Preferred)
