Experienced Barista / Front of House All-Rounder — Kooco Espresso Bar and Kitchen (Robina)

We’re now looking for a skilled and motivated Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our growing team. If you’re confident behind the machine, can pour consistent basic latte art, and enjoy making people feel at home, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing high-quality espresso beverages with consistency
- Pouring basic latte art (hearts, rosettas, tulips) with confidence
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Operating a modern POS system and handling transactions
- Taking and running orders with attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and organised service area
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
- Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years barista experience in a busy café setting
- Ability to pour consistent basic latte art (training provided to grow further)
- Great attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mindset
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a focus on customer satisfaction
- Available for weekdays and weekends (flexible shifts)
