Barista with RSA & Approved Manager Accreditation – Early Mornings & Weekends
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Fremantle Sailing Club in Fremantle!
This role is perfect for someone who can jump into the early morning rush, work weekends, and is also comfortable serving alcoholic beverages. If you're a coffee lover who also knows their way around a POS and enjoys creating great guest experiences – we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a barista – able to make quality espresso coffees under pressure
RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol – mandatory)
Approved Manager Accreditation (WA- mandatory)
Confident in serving alcoholic beverages in a licensed venue
POS system knowledge – able to manage orders efficiently
Available for early morning shifts and weekends
Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve barista-style coffees, teas, and light meals
- Serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with RSA regulations
- Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and front-of-house
- Carry out opening duties
