LAB Bakery Cafe Rhodes is hiring a Barista

1. Position & Number of Openings

• Position: Barista

2. Responsibilities

• Espresso extraction, dialing in, coffee quality control, and beverage preparation
• Customer service and store management
• Stock and hygiene management
• General barista duties and all-rounder tasks

3. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Australia
• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to work
• Able to work efficiently during peak hours

4. Working Conditions

• Work days: 4–5 days per week (including at least one weekend day)
• Shifts: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM, or 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM
