Coffee Service Excellence:
- Consistently prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages
- Proficiency in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision
- Conduct quality control checks on all beverages before service
Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect Mr Pilgrim Coffee's values
- Process orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Build rapport with regular customers and create a welcoming café atmosphere
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Upsell products and promote seasonal offerings

Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
