The Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our Haberfield store. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, including coffee machines and equipment
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor stock levels for coffee, milk, and related supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading times
- Must have Responsible Services Alcohol (RSA) qualification
