Who you are:
- You’re a coffee lover with 2+ years' barista experience and great attention to detail.
- You’re fast, efficient, and consistent on the machine (latte art = bonus points!)
- Have experience adjusting grinders & problem solving
- You genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome and taken care of.
- You thrive in a fast-paced café and work well in a team.
- You’re available to work 4-5 days a week, including weekends
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing high-quality coffee with speed and consistency
- Managing coffee orders during busy periods with a calm, confident approach.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and equipment.
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a fun, positive culture.
