Vine & Grind, Liverpool is looking for a Barista to join our team!
The Job:
- To provide outstanding customer service
- Dialling in and fine-tuning specialty coffee beans from Ona
- Have confidence with handling large amounts of coffee (6-9kg) in a fast paced environment
- Beautiful latte art - preferred
- Assist with managing the stock ordering effectively
- Preparation and serving of cold drinks
- Taking orders and using the POS
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times
- Be flexible to work for two companies - Vine & Grind, Liverpool & Wildflower Society, Macarthur Square (Campbelltown).
- Remain flexible to step out of the coffee machine to lend a hand to your colleagues when needed.
Who we’re looking for:
- You have a passion for coffee
- At least 1 year Barista experience
- Motivated and fun team members
- Strong communication skills to help your team and create rapport with our customers
- Positive and committed to learning
- Well presented and punctual
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Excellent spoken and written English.
