We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our bustling café in Toorak. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages
- Maintain consistency and quality in every cup
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with daily café operations and support team members as needed
Requirements:
- Proven barista experience in a busy café
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
