Barista – Café All Rounder

The Healthlink Crew are on the prowl for skilled Café Staff, whom can work the floor and pour an amazing coffee!
We are located within popular Aquatic and Leisure Facilities across Melbourne and are seeking experienced Cafe' All Rounder for our Brimbank site, located in Brimbank Aquatic Centre.
As a vital member of our front-line staff, you will help create an outstanding customer experience while performing various tasks throughout the café. This position requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers
- Assist with food preparation and serving
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including clearing tables and washing dishes
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support team members in all areas of the café, including front and back-of-house tasks
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

- 1+years hospitality/retail experience
- 2+years coffee experience
- available weekends and afternoons to 8pm close
- Has RSA certificate (preferred)
- Has own car or reliable transportation
- Be able to work a minimum of 3 shifts
- MUST be available to work EARLY OPEN SHIFTS
- MUST be available afternoon, and early evening shifts and or weekend shifts.
Pay Rates (as per the Hospitality Industry Award):
- Adult Rate: range from $25.85 to $38.78 per hour
- Junior Rate: Varies by age, in line with the award
Looking for staff for IMMEDIATE START. Coffee experience is ESSENTIAL.
