We’re on the hunt for an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team at Corbett & Claude in Upper Mount Gravatt.
This is not just another bar gig — we’re looking for someone ready to take the lead in bar operations, help maintain high standards, and support the team with training and ongoing improvement.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and serving great cocktails with flair and consistency
- Taking ownership of bar operations: ordering, stock control, cleaning & maintenance schedules
- Helping train and upskill junior staff
- Maintaining a fun, efficient and high-energy bar environment
- Mostly working weeknights and weekends (20–30 hours per week)
What we’re looking for:
- Previous cocktail bar experience is a must
- Confident, proactive and hands-on
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for drinks, service and hospitality
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
