Job Description
The role
Crown Towers Perth are seeking a dedicated Bell Services Captain to join our exceptional team. As the Bell Captain you will be responsible for the daily operations of the department including team development and superior guest relations to enhance the customer service experience for hotel guests.
A Bell Captain is a Team Leader or Supervisor of the Valet and Bell Services teams. In this role you will provide guidance and direction to our Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons working at Crown Towers Perth.
This is a full-time position and requires an Australian Driver's license and 7-day availability.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Current WA unrestricted C class manual driver’s license
- Proven experience in a bell services or guest services role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong team leadership experience
- Strong communication and time management experience
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures, with a commitment to upholding high standards of service
Additional Information
This role requires
- Hospitality or related qualification
- Demonstrated Hotel operational experience
- Strong understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)
