The Opportunity
Join Cleanaway at our Peakhurst Depot in this hands-on, full-time role as a Bin Puller/Runner, where you’ll play a key part in delivering essential waste management services.
- Collect curbside bins, rubbish and recycling from assigned streets and sort into nominated areas of the collection vehicle
- Unload waste collection vehicles on return to depot or other nominated facility
- Ensure all products are placed in the correct bay/sorting area
- Load bins from council clean ups into the rear of the truck
- Pull bins and put on the road and put back once collected
- Assist in the cleaning and general maintenance of bins/depot when required
About You
To be successful in the role, you will have the following:
- Have a good work ethic
- HR licence (desirable but not essential)
- Be physically fit and be prepared for a manual role
- Be able to commit to a 5am start every day
- Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
- Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
Waste industry experience is not essential.
