Temporary Bookkeeper / Admin All-Rounder – 6–8 Week Contract
Location: Onsite – Richmond, VIC
Hours: 3–4 Days/Week

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper and Admin All-Rounder to provide cover for 6–8 weeks. If you’re detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable jumping into payroll, bookkeeping, and general admin tasks using Xero and Deputy, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial and office admin in check. You’ll be working closely with our leadership team and providing support across:
- Day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Processing payroll using Deputy and Xero
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and reporting
- General admin support, and assisting the wider team with ad hoc tasks
We’re looking for someone to work 3–4 days per week for approximately 6–8 weeks. There is also potential for this role to extend.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general office admin
- Confidence using Xero, Deputy and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support a small, busy team
