Yummy Karma Foods (www.yummykarma.com) is a leading manufacturer of chilled & frozen prepared food solutions based in Riverstone. We supply supermarkets, airlines and foodservice customers nationally.
We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Officer to work from our Riverstone office five days a week, Monday to Friday.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using Xero
- Checking, scanning and filling incoming delivery notes/invoices
- Scanning and filing proof of deliveries
- Setting up supplier bills in Xero
- Invoicing
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Accounts receivable (following up overdue accounts)
- Setting up new employees on the system
- Administrative duties such as printing labels, booking transport etc.
- Basic HR and customer service duties
- Executive assistant duties to the CEO
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Accounting/bookkeeping qualifications
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Experience using systems such as Xero, Unleashed etc
- Previous experience in accounts/bookkeeping/administration/customer service
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organised and detail oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Meticulous and thorough
