**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
- Stock shelves and manage inventory
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends
**Qualifications:**
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits is a plus not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers
