We’re seeking an experienced subcontractor to care for a brand-new boutique building in New Farm. This is a consistent, long-term role maintaining a site that has been kept to a high standard by the owner — who will also cover shifts if you can’t attend.
The Role
- Pay: $30–$35/hr (ABN subcontractor rate)
- Schedule: 2 hrs per morning – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
- Duties:
- Commercial cleaning of bathrooms, walkways, lift, and courtyard
- Keeping high-traffic touch points spotless
- Maintaining presentation of public areas

Requirements
- Experience in commercial or residential cleaning
- ABN and own public liability insurance
- Eye for detail & pride in maintaining immaculate spaces
