We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to bring the Esker story to life in market, one venue, one pour, one conversation at a time. You won’t just be selling beer—you’ll be building relationships, sharing stories, and helping shape one of Australia's most exciting craft brands from the ground up.
As our Esker Beer Sales Rep, you'll be on the front lines—managing key accounts, launching standout activations, and being the go-to person for everything Esker in your territory. You’ll balance strategic thinking with on-the-ground hustle, delivering memorable customer experiences and results that speak for themselves.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage & grow customer accounts
- Maintain an efficient call cycle, ensuring visibility and service are top notch
- Execute activations, events, and festivals with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align national campaigns with local impact
- Create impactful POS and digital content that reflects the Esker brand tone and values
- Support contract brewing relationships, ensuring brand representation is consistent
- Report safety incidents and maintain compliance across all regulatory areas (e.g. RSA, AML, WHS)
- Contribute to strategic initiatives like retailer pitches, promotional plans, and trade presentations
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in beverage or hospitality sales—craft beer or FMCG a major plus
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Creative thinker who’s eager to contribute ideas and elevate the brand in-market
- Driver’s licence required; willingness to get out there and make it happen
- Comfortable with feedback, learning on the fly, and pitching in as part of a close-knit team
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and negotiation skills
- A genuine passion for craft beer, storytelling, and community
