We are a growing boutique mortgage firm located in Norwest, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker Support Officer to join our friendly team.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist mortgage brokers with loan applications from submission to settlement.
- Prepare, review, and lodge supporting documents.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth processing.
- Manage file updates and compliance requirements.
- Handle general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations.
About You
- Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or loan processing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with aggregator platforms is a plus.
