About the Role:
All juniors can be taught from the bottom up....we can have a small chat and organise a trial and see how we both like it... :)
As far as mangers, this is not just a management job. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store — leading a passionate team, crafting qaulity burgers, and driving our brand into its next evolution.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring our awesome crew (including juniors)
- Creating rosters and managing day-to-day operations
- Stock ordering and supplier relationships
- Contributing to menu development (yes, your creations)
- Keeping costs tight and standards high
- Helping develop fun, social content (got TikTok & food photo skills? Bonus!)
- Growing with the business — profit share and/or franchise potential for the right fit
You:
- Have experience running a kitchen or hospitality venue
- Are organised, creative, and love working with people
- Thrive under pressure and know how to get the best out of your team
- Have a genuine love for food and customer experience
