As the Business Services & Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving both operational efficiency and brand visibility. This dual role combines strategic oversight of business services with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and streamlining internal business operations and client service delivery
- Developing and implementing practical, effective marketing strategies
- Supporting business development and sales enablement through targeted campaigns
- Managing the creation of marketing materials and content across digital and traditional channels
- Collaborating with leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
- Monitoring campaign performance and business KPIs to inform continuous improvement
- Potentially supervising administrative or marketing support staff
Who You Are
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years in a business management or marketing leadership role
- Strong understanding of operations, client service, and basic marketing principles
- Proven ability to manage projects, priorities, and competing deadlines
- Comfortable using marketing tools, CRM platforms, and productivity software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skillss
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
