About the role
We have an exciting opportunity within our School Crossings Team for a permanent part-time Business Support School Crossings role.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the School Crossings Lead, ensuring the efficient operation of the School Crossings Team.
You will work collaboratively within the Business Support Team, handling a variety of tasks, including maintaining accurate records, assisting with scheduling, conducting crossing audits, supporting recruitment and training.
Your ability to manage tasks independently, build strong relationships, and contribute to continuous process improvements will be key to your success.
This is a permanent part time role working 30 hours per week over 5 days based at the Knox Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.
This is a Band 4 classified role. Remuneration will be $73,349.33 - 78,124.95 (depending on experience) (pro-rata for part time) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

- Motivation and the ability to work independently, effectively managing time and tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in the use of technology, systems, and applications
- Proven knowledge and experience in administering systems and procedures, with a strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
- A collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement of work practices
