Job Description
As a Retail Buyer’s Agent, you’ll be embedded in an Aussie Store, working closely with mortgage brokers and in-store teams to convert finance-approved customers into successful property purchases.
Think of this as your own territory and referral engine, backed by brand, tech, and trust.
You’ll:
Work closely with finance-ready clients to understand their property needs
Source suitable properties from on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels
Conduct due diligence and property research
Lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish
Build strong working relationships with industry stakeholders
Deliver outstanding service that earns client trust and repeat business
Partner with brokers to understand client goals and timing
Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs
Qualifications
We’re interested in connecting with Buyer’s Agents who are:
Real Estate License: Class 1 minimum (or equivalent)
2+ years experience across buyer-side or seller-side transactions (20+ end-to-end deals)
A strong understanding of residential property and local markets
Confidence sourcing stock and running due diligence
Skilled negotiator who puts clients first and navigates deals with integrity
Passionate about property, highly motivated, and aligned with ethical advisory
You’ll Stand Out If You
Are a property owner or investor with firsthand buying experience
Have experience with off-market sourcing or working with high-intent buyer pipelines
