We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Full Time Cafe Supervisor in our CBD location at East Melbourne.
Responsibilities
As the Supervisor in our luxury cafe, you will work collaboratively with the Cafe Manager to ensure the store provides an exceptional customer experience and ensures our store KPIS are achieved.
You will play an integral part in leading the team to deliver high standards in all areas of the cafe including our customers dine in experience, product quality, product knowledge and cleanliness. You will teach the team to get to know our customer base, upsell and have fun while doing it!
The role will involve working the register, preparing food at our processing station, create amazing coffees (we provide Barista training), serving customers on the floor, and leading the team to maintain our French luxury standards.
