Duties:
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ensuring food quality, appearance, and presentation standards
Prepare and oversee the preparation of a wide range of dishes
Train kitchen staffs to maintain high standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Manage inventory, order supplies and control kitchen costs
Skills/Qualification for Cook position:
Have trade qualification AQF Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management
Have Basic Food knowledge in related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication Skills
Expertise in various cooking techniques and solid understanding of kitchen operations
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure especially during peak hours
Have full working rights in Australia
