What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with genuine energy and clear communication.
- Take orders accurately in person
- Operate our Square POS: enter items fast, check modifiers, process card and contactless payments, print/order tickets.
- Guide guests through options: milk, add‑ons, retail coffee beans, treats.
- Restock front counter items: cups, lids, milk, alt milk, pastries, grab‑and‑go foods, retail shelves.
- Keep service area sparkling: wipe benches, tidy pastry displays, collect and run dishes, maintain clean condiment station.
- Monitor order flow and call out names so drinks land in the right hands.
- Support basic end‑of‑day counts (tills, EFT reports) under supervision.
- Jump in where needed: light prep, date labels, rubbish run, simple cleaning tasks.
You In A Cup
- Bubbly communicator who enjoys people (and people enjoy you back).
- Good spoken and written English; confident confirming orders so nothing is missed.
- Quick with numbers and detail; accuracy matters when a rush hits.
- Reliable, punctual, steady under pressure.
- Happy to clean as you go; front of house shines because of you.
- Valid work rights in Australia.

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
