We're an award-winning local coffee roastery on a mission to deliver exceptional coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere in Birkdale. We’re on the lookout for a dedicated team member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily café operations, including food preparation and maintaining a clean environment
- Provide excellent customer service, making each guest feel valued and welcome
- Support inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality role is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Availability to work flexible hours on the weekdays
- A Food Safety Certificate is a plus, but not essential
