We’re now on the lookout for a hands-on, motivated, and experienced Café Manager/Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house operations and contribute to the continued success of the café.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain a high standard of customer service
- Manage rosters, staff scheduling, and daily task delegation
- Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to coordinate service and maintain flow
- Ensure the café remains clean, well-presented, and fully stocked at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and supplier communication
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with sales tracking, reporting, and overall café performance improvements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
