We are a catalogue shopping company based in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches, and we are looking for a new Customer Service team member.
The position is on a casual basis, 5 days a week, with opportunity to move to a permanent position in the future.
HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE WELCOME! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Your responsibilities include:
* Taking phone orders and inquiries
* Entering sales orders
* Providing customer information support
* Assisting with returns and general office admin
To be considered for this role:
* You are available to work 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9-5pm, 5 days a week
* Have your own transport due to our location
* Have a warm and friendly nature and enjoy helping people
* Be polite and clearly spoken
* Have good written communication skills
* Proficient with computers, fast & accurate typing skills
* Familiar with Windows and MS Office, intermediate level
