Duties
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Career/Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help grow our business by developing sales strategies and supporting marketing efforts to promote our services.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out sales strategies to meet targets
- Find and connect with new clients
- Manage key accounts and keep good client relationships
- Research the market and spot new opportunities
- Track sales performance and suggest improvements
- Work with the marketing team on campaigns
- Use CRM software like Salesforce to manage leads and clients
- Negotiate pricing and contracts
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in technical or solution-based sales (tech industry preferred)
- A proven record in sales and client management
- Skills in using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- English and Chinese language skills (a plus)
- Great customer service and a growth-focused mindset
