BARISTA: Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.)
- Operate espresso machines and grinders with confidence
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Restock supplies and assist in daily opening/closing duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on barista experience (required)
- Proficient in operating commercial espresso machines and preparing a variety of coffee beverages
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A passion for coffee and attention to detail
- Availability on weekends is highly preferred
- Availability on public holidays is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.11 – $36.32 per hour
