- As a Case Support Worker you will:

Ensure that service delivery is consistent with departmental policies and procedures and departmental objectives.
Follow guidelines and implement processes in relation to records management, finance and other administrative and practice related policies and procedures.
Provide culturally appropriate intervention and support to children, families and stakeholders including referral, provision of information, advocacy and consultation.
Consult and liaise with relevant stakeholders and service providers to implement and maintain appropriate casework and individualised service plans to achieve positive outcomes.
Participate effectively as a team member and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Prepare reports and maintain accessible and clear case records consistent with departmental case management requirements.
Use, update and monitor relevant databases to support the case management functions of the Child Safety Service Centre.
