About the Venues by Executive Chef, Alex Wong!
Grana, our Italian restaurant in Hinchcliff House, is built on a foundation of quality, care, and authenticity. Our menu showcases fresh, high-quality produce in an approachable way, while our drinks are crafted to be simple, well-made, and delicious. Paired with warm and genuine hospitality, we welcome guests from lunch through to late evening, seven days a week.
Up one floor is where you will find Lana, one of our 1 hatted restaurants, where Alex Wong brings a combination of European /Asian cuisine with a touch of elegance and modernity. Also paired with warm and genuine hospitality, we welcome guests from tuesday to saturday.
About the Role:
We are also looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
- Full-time Demi CDP/CDP at Grana
- Casual CDP at Lana
You will be responsible for managing a designated section, ensuring the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes. Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef, you will help maintain consistency, efficiency, and kitchen standards.

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong passion for food and presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
