We are currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to join our Joint Replacement team based in Sydney (Central location). You will provide clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.
This role is primarily weekend work to support urgent cases. This role will be based on an hourly rate.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures, primarily in hip and knee replacement
- Build strong, trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Deliver ongoing training and education to hospital staff on the effective use of Stryker products
- Collaborate with the sales team to support territory objectives and case planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques
- Ensure exceptional service and support to both public and private hospitals across the Northern Territory
What we’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, science, biomedical engineering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, theatre-based environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous
- Current driver’s license and flexibility to travel as required
