About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Casual Production Workers to join our team at our renowned Tatura manufacturing site.
You’ll help produce high-quality products like cream cheese, infant formula, and single-serve butter.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will be expected to work across a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment
Perform changeovers and reduce downtime
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety/quality standards
Report safety or maintenance issues promptly
Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures
About You
Experience in food or dairy manufacturing (preferred, not essential)
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Forklift or HR truck licence (a bonus)
Flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
