About the Centre/Service
Dr Stanley Cochrane Memorial Kindergarten is a not-for-profit community based kindergarten run by a volunteer Committee of Management in Mitcham. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where children can explore, develop, grow and feel happy and safe. It is our belief that children need to feel positive about their self worth; therefore it is of utmost importance that each child values themselves for what they are and what they can offer others.

Description
We are looking for experienced diploma qualified educator/s to join our pool of casual educators in 2025. We are looking for someone to work effectively and cooperatively within a small team, to cover planned and unplanned leave of our core staff at our single room kindergarten.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Has a working knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and service policies, The National Quality Standards, Child Safe Standards and the Victoria Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
