What Do You Need to Be Successful?
- Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A valid WWCC
- Availability to work Thursdays is a must, and ideally 5 days per week.
- Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of Mandatory Reporting, NQF, and EYLF
- A genuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with families and the community
