Hourly Rates:
- Casual Educator: $30.93 - $43.53

About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Create safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning programs
- Observe and document developmental progress
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Valid Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate (incl. asthma and anaphylaxis training)
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Knowledge of child development and learning milestones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and reflective approach to curriculum planning
- Strong team player with adaptability and initiative
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Understanding of National Quality Standards and assessment
- Respect for diversity and inclusion in childcare settings
- Tech-savvy with confidence in documenting learning
- Previous experience in childcare or early learning roles
