Welcome to Eden Academy. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Our centres operate from 6:30am to 6:30pm across the Gold Coast, offering casual opportunities to work across multiple locations or at your preferred centre. Our centres include;

• Palm Beach
• Isle of Capri
• Broadbeach Waters
• Pacific Pines
• Edens Landing

In your role as a Educator:

• You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
• Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
• Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
• Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
• Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room

What You’ll Bring:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
• A current Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
• Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
• Available to work Monday to Friday across a range of shift patterns, with flexibility to be on call at short notice to cover unexpected leave
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
