Job Description:
We are local, rapidly growing Hervey Bay based, family-owned business seeking to employ a highly motivated Office Administrator. Our company is growing due to an increase in work is looking for a high quality dependable Office Administrator able to add to our team and undertake the clerical aspects of the operations in accordance with all operational and customer requirements whilst providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Duties include:
Effective communication and consultation with employees and other stakeholders including client liaison (Mainly via telephone)
Organising technicians and scheduling daily jobs
Assist with Invoicing Jobs
Co-ordinating pump outs of treatment plants with clients and external providers
Maintaining Accurate Customer data records
Assist with day-to day basis with other administration support and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets are met
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
Accurate and strong data entry skill
Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and preferably Reckon or Xero and has had exposure to Service Mate or be willing to learn
Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines unassisted
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Position is Casual 2 days per week, occasionally possible 5 days to cover holidays of other staff members.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
