JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled dental assistant/receptionist to join our team at Windsor and potentially our Indooroopilly clinic as well. We are looking for someone who is available between Monday to Friday.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Adapt between roles (dental assistant and receptionist)
- Quick learner
- Ability to work well in a team environment but can also work independently when required
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
- Chair-side assistance
- Sterilization procedures
- Preparing for dental procedures
- General reception, greeting patients
- Scheduling and processing patient appointments via phone or in person
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting (HICAPS – private health fund and Medicare)
- Reporting to practice manager
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $20.00 – $34.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
